Sarah Tejada is a Latin Grammy-winning Audio Engineer who began her professional career in 2011. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, she grew up surrounded by music — learning piano, guitar, and drums before discovering her passion for the craft of sound itself.
Coming from a musical family, with both parents working in the industry, Sarah’s early exposure to studio life sparked a lifelong fascination with how sound is created, shaped, and felt. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Audio Production from Miami International University of Art & Design, she began her professional journey engineering sessions for music, film, and advertising. Over time, she developed advanced skills in mixing, mastering, dialogue editing, and sound design, building a reputation for her ability to balance technical precision with a strong creative ear.
Sarah has worked with acclaimed artists including Olga Tañón, Danny Rivera, Ilegales, Fernando Villalona, Milly Quezada, Eddy Herrera, and Nathalie Peña-Comas, and has contributed to several award-winning film productions. To complement her creative background, she earned a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship from The University of Tampa, expanding her expertise in creative leadership and business strategy.
A member of both The Recording Academy (NARAS) and The Latin Recording Academy (LARAS), Sarah brings world-class standards and artistic sensitivity to every project — helping artists and filmmakers achieve sound that is clean, powerful, and emotionally resonant.
