Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Contact us at support@morrisound.com and include images that detail the nature of the issue.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

At our discretion, we may be able to exchange your size for one that fits you better. Please note that the shipping costs to return the incorrect size and to ship you a different size will be at your expense. Please contact us at support@morrisound.com with you order number, which item you’d like to exchange, and which size you’d prefer. Please review the size guide on each apparel listing to ensure you choose the correct size.

Refunds

Due to our merchandise being printed on demand, Morrisound Recording is unable to offer refunds on any purchases unless they are misprinted, arrive damaged, or would be considered defective on arrival.

If any of these situations apply to you, please contact us with the nature of your issue at support@morrisound.com and provide photo evidence of the issue where applicable.
